- The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- You can exchange the artwork for another piece by the same artist or of equivalent value, subject to availability.
Refund :
- If you wish to obtain a refund for a work of art, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The refund will be issued once we have received the returned artwork in its original and undamaged condition.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defect in the artwork or an error on our part.
Please note that custom or specifically ordered artwork is not eligible for exchange or refund, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
