Exchange :
- If you wish to exchange an artwork you purchased from Jeanzabelle, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- You can exchange the work for another piece by the same artist or of equivalent value, subject to availability.
Refund :
- If you would like a refund for an artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Refund will be issued once we receive the returned artwork in its original, undamaged condition.
- Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the event of a defect in the work or an error on our part.
Please note that custom or specifically ordered artwork is not eligible for exchange or refund unless it is defective or due to our error.
